Connecting with your inner voice is something you can do at a moment’s notice. ⁠
⁠
It comes back to anchoring into your body, yourself, your inner wisdom, and trusting your access to your higher self too, your higher truth, a higher wisdom and power that is guiding and supporting you.⁠

To anchor into your voice, you have to be anchored into your truth. 🙌🏻⁠
⁠
This is the core theme of one of the modules in my upcoming course (I'll be releasing more info in the next few weeks!). ⁠
⁠
Your inner work will bring you into your truth, into alignment, and into wholeness… and this allows you to stand tall in who you are, and to share your voice, and your gifts, with the world.⁠

A little while ago, I went through a period where

A little while ago, I went through a period where almost any time I had a positive thought, or a feeling of joy bubble up, I would quash it.

(And if you want the official definition of quash, it’s ‘reject as invalid; put an end to; suppress’ – ha!)

It started to make me feel quite sad; that I wasn’t allowing myself to feel my own joy. Joy that I’d obviously leaned into, allowed, and received on some level; joy that I was worthy of enjoying.

I would walk through my days on eggshells, wondering when/if/how/why my joy would drop away, leaving my stomach lurching, my mind racing, and my heart hurting.

And then one day, I decided to do things differently. 🙌🏻

Every time a negative thought surfaced, I simply said in reply: ‘I’m allowed my joy.’ 🙏🏻

Every time a self-sabotaging tonight surfaced, I simply said in reply: ‘I’m allowed my joy.’ 🙏🏻

Every time my mind threatened to take my joy away (through fears or doubt or insecurities), I simply said in reply: ‘I’m allowed my joy.’ 🙏🏻

Did the negative thoughts completely cease?

Not completely, not all at once, but they lost their power, which meant they lost their grip, which meant they lost their pattern of momentum and frequency, and slowly, they ceased to upset me.

Because I’m allowed my joy. 🙌🏻

And so are you. 🙌🏻

How do you hold the faith (in yourself, your dream

How do you hold the faith (in yourself, your dreams, and the Universe) when things don’t go to plan… or more specifically for this module, when things feel stuck, when your vision feels foggy, and when you feel completely out of alignment?⁠

You focus on what is working. 🙏🏻⁠
⁠
You tune into what is feeling steady, stable and secure in your life. 🙏🏻⁠
⁠
You connect with your joy. 🙏🏻⁠
⁠
You focus on where there is flow. 🙏🏻⁠
⁠
You trust in this space in between. 🙏🏻⁠
⁠
You surrender to what is, you rest, you don’t push yourself to seek and strive for answers, or ‘make the flow’ happen. 🙏🏻⁠

And you honour yourself, your inner state of ease, presence and power that is always available to you, knowing you don’t need to be perfect to be in alignment; knowing things around you, outside of yourself, don’t need to be perfect for you to find an inner sense of ease to carry you through this period of perceived stuckness. 🙏🏻⁠

You might like to say this affirmation to yourself each morning and night, for as long as feels right to you. You may also choose to write down some reflections about how you’re feeling before, or free write in your journal afterwards. Whatever comes up is perfect for you, and will be healing on some level (oftentimes on more than one level). 💙⁠
